Introduction

R&R Drywall Solutions operates three interconnected apps that together power the day-to-day workflow — from receiving work orders to getting paid.

The Three Apps

Office App

The main operations hub for R&R staff. Access it at office.rrdrywallsolutions.com.

What you can do:

  • View and manage all jobs across Charlotte and Tampa
  • Create and send RFPs (invoices) to DR Horton
  • Record payments and track revenue
  • Manage subcontractors and their assignments
  • Schedule work and publish schedules to the subcontractor portal
  • Preview what subcontractors see in the portal (Portal Preview feature)

Login: Use your email and password provided by the administrator.


Subcontractor Portal

A mobile-first app for subcontractors. Access it at portal.rrdrywallsolutions.com.

What subcontractors can do:

  • View their upcoming and past jobs
  • See job details: address, notes, scheduled time, work items
  • Upload before/after photos for each job
  • Track completed work history

Login: Subcontractors receive a magic link via email — no password required.


DR Horton Schedule Portal

A read-only calendar portal that R&R shares with DR Horton project managers. Access is via a private link generated in the office app (Settings → Shared Calendars).

What DR Horton staff can do:

  • View R&R’s upcoming job schedule
  • See which lots are already booked
  • Request work for new lots (pending R&R review and approval)

No login required — access is via a secure private link.
